Sheryl Gregory is a licensed Maine real estate broker and has been assisting home buyers and sellers in central Maine since 1990. She has been associated with Homestead Realty, located in Winthrop, Maine, since 1995. Sheryl is a graduate of the REALTORS Institute; she has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, and is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She teaches a variety of courses for the Maine Association of REALTORS (MAR), the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), including assignments as a national instructor of the NAR and HUD designed course: “At Home with Diversity.”
She currently is a member of the NAR Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity committee, the NAR Housing Opportunity Advisory Board, and is a commissioner for the Maine State Housing Authority. She has served with the Maine Residential Sales Council as Treasurer and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Maine chapter as President.
She was awarded REALTOR of the Year in 1996 by the Kennebec Valley (ME) Board of REALTORS and is active as a volunteer and has served in management assignments for Southern Kennebec County (ME) Habitat for Humanity, the Kennebec Valley Community Action Program, and the Augusta (ME) Kiwanis Club.
